These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the business relationship between Helene Kunz Permanent Make Up Elsass (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and the customer exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order. The provider does not recognize any conditions of the customer that deviate from these unless the provider has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the “order with obligation to pay” button, you place a binding order for the services contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order takes place together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending by automated email.
§ 3 Prices and payment terms
The prices stated are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash on site. If you choose bank transfer, you will receive the payment information with the order confirmation by email.

The services are performed to the best of our knowledge and belief in accordance with the respective description. Changes or deviations in terms of color and shape may occur depending on individual conditions and skin texture.
